Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation released to the public the list of AAA Level “Contract Honoring and Credit Trustworthy” Enterprises of Zhejiang Province for 2023. A total of 117 enterprises from Taizhou were included on the list, including 21 newly recognized enterprises and 96 enterprises that successfully renewed their status. The public notice period is valid for two years.
The public disclosure of “Contract Honoring and Credit Trustworthy” enterprises is an administrative guidance initiative implemented by market regulatory authorities to promote standardized contract practices. It serves as an important platform through which enterprises voluntarily disclose their contract management and fulfillment performance to the public and accept social supervision. Such disclosure effectively creates a positive “credit recognition” effect, playing a constructive role in improving enterprises’ contract management capabilities, enhancing brand reputation and public awareness, and supporting the development of the social credit system.
